WHAT IS OSTEOPATHY AND HOW CAN IT HELP YOU?

Osteopathy is 5 years of intensive training which studies the whole body. Osteopaths are skilled in diagnostic techniques, combining physical manipulation, soft tissue techniques and exercises to relieve muscle tension and pain while increasing range of motion and movement quality.
